One-on-one nutrition coaching
Step 1 – Fill out application. Prior to investing in a client-coaching relationship it is important that both parties feel it will be beneficial and that I can get you to where you want to be.
Step 2 – Initial consult to go over goals and a plan moving forward. Every person is different so approaching a program based on each individual meeds is key to long-term sustainable success.
Step 3 – Meal plan/macros are sent out with FAQ, client check in form (for weekly check-ins), and training program (if applicable).
Step 4 – Along with routine, weekly check ins clients will have access to me 24/7 via email and phone for continual support.
