The Sam Plan

Recipe: Birthday Cookie Dough Bars

Ingredients:

Base layer

5/3 cups oat flour

1/3 cup almond flour

1 cup vanilla whey protein powder

1/3 cup marshmallows

1/3 cup sprinkles

1/2 cup peanut butter

 1/2 cup liquid sweetener (I used sugar free syrup)

1/4 – 1/3 cup almond milk

Frosting layer

2 TBSP coconut oil

1 TBSP Greek cream cheese

1 TBSP shredded coconut

1-2 TBSP white chocolate chips

Chocolate ganache (top layer)

1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

1 TBSP coconut oil

Directions:
1. Line 8×8 pan with plastic wrap for easy clean up
2. Mix all dry base ingredients except for sprinkles and marshmallows (add at the end)
3. Mix wet ingredients (may have to microwave to melt pb a bit)
4. Combine wet with dry (may need to add more almond milk to create dough texture) and fold in marshmallows and sprinkles
5. Place in a pan and cool in the fridge to let it set
6. Mix coconut frosting (melting ingredients and mixing)then layer on top of base
7. Cool bars again for about 15 minutes
8. Make ganache (melt and mix) then layer on top of frosting and base
9. Refrigerate again for 30-60 minutes

10. Cut into 16 bars..and enjoy your bday celebration! We did! 👇🏼
